Amber has been the Human Resources Manager at Warsaw Chemical for four years and has recently been named Director of HR and Customer Service. She appreciates that Warsaw Chemical lives and breathes our Core Values, our cultures, and the transparency with all employees.

Years ago, one of Amber’s mentors gave her a piece of advice and she’s never forgotten it. ‘You will never make a bad decision if you always do the right thing for the right reasons.’  Something interesting about Amber is that her first ride in an airplane was to go skydiving and jump out of it. (Yikes! It makes one wonder how closely she follows that advice!)  When not making death-defying feats, she enjoys spending her spare time in the summer on the lake with her two daughters.
