PRODUCT RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES
This policy applies to customers of Warsaw Chemical only. It does not include customers that receive products from authorized distributors or any other supply partners.
- All product return claims require prior written authorization from Warsaw Chemical.
- Products returned without prior written authorization will not be eligible for credit, refund or exchange.
- All claims must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- All products must be returned within 30 calendar days of return authorization.
- All products must be returned in original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
- Private label products cannot be returned, unless due to a Warsaw Chemical error.
- All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless due to a Warsaw Chemical error.
CUSTOMER RETURN PROCEDURES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact Customer Service by phone or email to request a return authorization.
- Provide the following information:
- Customer name, address, phone and email of primary contact.
- Warsaw Chemical order number.
- Product name and item number as well as quantity being returned.
- Specific reason(s) for return.
- Warsaw Chemical Customer Service will provide written approval.
- Upon approval, Customer may return products(s) to Warsaw Chemical for credit, refund or exchange.
- Customer is responsible for scheduling and paying for return freight charges, unless due to a Warsaw Chemical error.
WARSAW CHEMICAL INSPECTION
- All item(s) will be inspected upon return to ensure they meet the criteria outlined above.
- Upon inspection, claims may be reduced or declined accordingly if they do not meet the criteria outlined above.
- Once approved, a credit, refund or exchange will be issued for the returned product(s) within 30 calendar days. Delivery fees will not be credited, refunded or exchanged.
- Unless otherwise agreed to in advance, a 20% restocking fee may be applied against the credit.
THE FOLLOWING RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- No return authorization from Warsaw Chemical.
- Claim submitted after 30 calendar days from delivery date.
- Product has been opened or not in original packaging.
- Wrong product(s) or quantity returned.
- Damages to product(s) or packaging by customer or customer’s carrier.
- Private label products.

FOR ITEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED, DUE TO WARSAW CHEMICAL ERROR,
or DID NOT MEET QUALITY STANDARDS
This policy applies to customers of Warsaw Chemical only. It does not include customers that receive products from authorized distributors or any other supply partners.
- All product return claims require prior written authorization from Warsaw Chemical.
- Products returned without prior written authorization will not be eligible for credit, refund or exchange.
- All claims due to product damage during transit must be requested within 1 day from the date of delivery. Damage should also be noted on the carrier Bill of Lading before acceptance.
- All claims due to a delivery error by Warsaw Chemical must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- All claims due to questionable quality must be requested within 12 months of the original date of delivery. Warsaw Chemical provides a one-year guarantee on the quality of our products. Products deemed to be contaminated by the customer, separated due to freezing or excessive temperatures, delivery, storage or misuse caused by the customer, may not qualify for a refund.
- All products must be returned within 30 calendar days of return authorization.
- All products must be returned in original packaging.
